Now I understand that this is transportation for people under Government Assistant but that doesnt mean there service needs to be so shitty excuse my french. My fiance and I both use this transportation and to start they are almost never on time. Please dont get me started on the females they have im guessing at their dispatch loction, those woman are the worst, they give you the worst additude when you call for your ride or questions. They put you on hold and never come back on the line. They really need to re-vamp their whole business if you ask me.
