These lofts, manufactured not long ago in Orange are of the poorest quality I have ever encountered. I am an owner and I know four owners who have significant structural damage to their loft unit. I recently sold my parent's home, the home I grew up in and it was absolutely insane to me that the only repair we ever made to our Victorian was a new boiler. These days the integrity of the builder is just not there. Consequently, the dwellings being sold by Alpha Lofts are a disgrace to the construction industry.
Additionally, just to provide more info, the builders of Alpha Lofts are incredibly inept, there were leaks in 3 units, when it rains outside, it rains inside. I am unable to provide the phone numbers of the other two people. My most recent contact with them, however, was concerning a possible class action law suit.
One last thing, an owner, forced them to take back his unit and that is why the company is now located on Tremont, it wasn't always.
They are one of two things: Snake oil salesmen or highly unskilled in their chosen field.
