These guys are GREAT. They saved my new laptop after I poured half a cup of soda into the keyboard. After the accident, I brought the machine over to Louis, who drained the soda out, took the laptop apart and let it dry out. I went home and left the laptop with Louis. Two days later, I received a call to come and get my laptop. When I collected it, everything was back together and everything was working perfectly.Their service was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Our Manhattan office has grown in the past 2 years and we were looking for a more robust phone system. We feel blessed to have Alpha Computer Group and they put in a VoIP phone system that is second to none. Voicemails to Emails, extension to extension dialing (even to our offices in other cities), and etc. If your looking for an enterprise class business phone system for a phenomenal price, you must use Alpha Computer Group!

When we were looking to install 32 ip security cameras for my warehouse in Long Island City, we called many companies and chose to go with Alpha Computer Group. From the moment they showed up for a site survey until job completion they were punctual and professional every step of the way. Alpha Computer Group is an IT Company..... So now besides supporting our Security Systems, Alpha is now also supporting our network and computer systems. I recommend this company to any business in New York. The best IT Company in New York. We had a server crash, we called them and they tried to immediately help us over the phone for FREE. After determining no matter what we tried we couldn't fix it over the phone they came onsite within an hour and had us back up and running in approx 45 minutes after that. They are smart, fast and a life saver. Thank you!!!
