This company goes far and beyond to satisfy a customer. when we expressed a dissatisfaction with the comfort of the chair which we ourselves had chosen, they persisted to find the right chair for us, until we were completely satisfied. Their mechanics are professional and courteous and waste no time, besides keeping to their promised appointments. We highly recommend Alpha. J&R
