Aloft Harlem

Really enjoyed this Hotel. I had my book release party here. The manager Babine was awesome. Staff is highly friendly and professional. Love them !!

I would have given 5 stars, but my air conditioner was barely able to keep the room cool. Martha Ramirez, Front Desk Supervisor, did the best she could to resolve it. She offered to move me once a room became available. It worked out fine, since I was working and not in my room during the day. I was quite comfortable during the night. Ms. Ramirez was very friendly and courteous. She generously gave me a coupon for breakfast, and 2 free drinks at the nicely appointed bar. I only had time to use one drink coupon. But I enjoyed it!
Breakfast was excellently served up hot and fresh. I really enjoyed my stay at the Aloft Harlem. I felt welcome by the staff and really enjoyed the décor.

A friend & I called to make a reservation a week in advance for a Friday night, on a holiday weekend and they were nothing but accommodating! Parking on the street was a little trick you, had to drive around a couple of times but we got there & then they gave us a 10% discount when we showed them the yelp app installed on our phone!
The room itself was small but very clean and presentable. Shared bath/toilet with the whole second floor but still, very clean. The breakfast is served in the sweetest little kitchen area with beautiful bay windows, go to breakfast early so you can watch the sunrise ;) Overall, so pleased with our stay!! I will be staying here again!
