Very bad customer service, I was left without insurance in my policy for one of my vehicles that was added to my policy for about 12 months and only was covered for my two other vehicles, I was very fortunate that I did not had any accidents in this vehicle. I do have a granddaughter which I drive around all the time and not including my other children. I have been with Allstate for over 10 years and now I will not come back to them ever.
Very irresponsible on their behalf and yet I thought I was in good hands as they claim.
I would not recommend this office.
I even wrote them an email at the office with a cc to Allstate Insurance and still have not had anyone call or reply to my email
