Buying a house in the Arverne by the Sea neighborhood. Very stressful process, especially dealing with mortgage Bank. House is blocks from the beach and I was having a hard time finding insurance... no company wanted to cover due to distance from the water. At the end I figured contact local office maybe they can help...and they did. They are familiar with the area and were able to find me a policy. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly they answered all my questions. I don't know much about insurance, they were patient and helped me deal with the Bank. Also the owner John talked to me about Family Protection. I didnt realize so much is at risk especially when you own a home...Nice conversation, John answered my questions and made important recommendations about my finances. No pressure, and I felt comfortable. I am now in the process of protecting my wife and child and my biggest investment - our Home.
