Beware, this is the most unprofessional agent in Manhattan. Avoid at all costs. James Heins is missing in action, you will always be deferred to the 1800 number or will have to interact with his "assistants" Nancy and Ieasha both of whom are rude, disrespectful, and often leave the telephone off the hook to avoid interacting with clients directly.
After five years of all-state coverage I recently found out that James Heins and his "team" of rude "assistants" had made major errors in my policy resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars. Save yourself the hassle, and find another agent this office is run by a bunch of unprofessional, poorly trained amateurs.
