I went days without the "same day" follow up I was promised. Even after several calls to the office, I never heard back. The one thing you want from an insurance agency is responsiveness, and reliability. This local Allstate office misses the mark on both counts in my book. My recommendation: either find a different office, or a different insurance carrier altogether.

Soliman's office was friendly, responsive and helpful with good followup. We didn't end up using Allstate because State Farm had better rates for our family. If Allstate is right for you, this is a good office.
