Worst people in the world this is a scam business they will give you a low rate with a high deposit once the movers arrive they will jack the price a lot and say if you don't pay you will loose your deposit. Then they steal your stuff I had two night stands and some how the one with the safe built into it never made it to me. These people are what's wrong with this company do not use them and if you ever see them in person spit at them there's a reason they never reply or defend themselves in these reviews

This is an unbelievably awful awful company and I believe you take the ownership and condition of your belongings ARE at risk. these creeps are more interested in what they can get from you for free. On the drop off after 20 days past what they promised, it took us loads to the dump to get rid of the junk they left in our garage. They are rude and total trash type people. Eric the packer leadman, was so ugly to us and so unprofessional he had us close to STROKE condition when he said if we were not happy he could take the things off the truck right then but we would not get our money already paid back. we were over half pack and had to be out of our house.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CREEPS. THEY ARE YOYR WORST NIGHTMARE. DESERVE LESS THAN ONE STAR.

THE WORST! All the reviews on here sound exactly like my experience. The movers kept asking if they could "keep things" and conned us into agreeing to allow them to keep a few pieces of furniture by telling us that they couldn't fit it on the truck and since we were due to be fully moved out of our house by that day, we had to agree. Then as they walked out the door, the asked again if they could keep even more of our furniture!

ALL the furniture was damaged when it got to our new house.

The movers just showed up on the day before the move instead of the day "preffered" and they were not even within the window of time agreed but were two hours later, totally catching us off guard.

The head guy, some creep named Alex, told us that whatever we tipped the guys he would take off the total cost of the move. Which, at the time seemed fine but then when we go to file a claim against all the damages done, we realize that having a lesser-valued move will end up hurting us in the process of collecting compensation.

We were quoted a set price on a treadmill that we wanted to move and thus added onto our move after the fact, as it turns out, this was not the set cost. When I panicked that moving day, finding out the treadmill was going to cost three times what it was worth to move it, Alex kept asking me "how is the craigslist ad going? Will you be selling the treadmill or can we keep it" because I quickly posted a craigslist ad to sell the treadmill....I became so angry at the way this was going, he finally agreed to throw in the treadmill for the original set price.

There aren't enough bad words to use for this company and Jessica, Alex and all the other morons that work there. It is simply the worst experience ever.

I wish I'd had more time to research movers before picking this sleazy company. Whatever they estimate, prepare to pay 2x more. They will nickel and dime you on everything. And the crew that moves you....well, they'll be much more interested in which of your possessions you're willing to give away to them than the possessions of yours they need to move. One of them took a tv I was donating to veterans. I didn't realize he was asking if he could take it and before I knew it, he was taking it out of the donation pile. Allstar cheats and liars.

Allstar Scammers! Got move estimates from 4 companies for a move from MD to GA. They were in the middle. I explained ALL furniture to them on the phone and they gave me an estimate of $1310. I gave them 50% deposit. Upon pickup, they raised price to more than double....$2900. I had no time to find another company and was down 655 (non-refundable), so I had to agree before they would load the truck. When they brought my stuff to GA,
a table was broken and they didn't put the legs back on my sofa........I had to do it myself later.
they are the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever done business with, Lying from start to finish. STAY AWAY.
