Allison is an excellent coach. She brings her passion for the work she does, along with a wonderful sense of empathy, humor and understanding. Her style is easy, laid back and yet right on the money. Here insights are clear and specific and she moves easily from an evaluation of the issues you want to address, to concrete action plans. The result of my time with Allison was nothing short of multiple miraculous breakthroughs. Before coaching, I was a frustrated writer, and my work as an attorney needed a jolt of energy. During my work with Allison, I finished a manuscript that had been languishing on my hard drive since 2013. I wrapped my head around what I wanted from my legal practice, and formulated a plan to package and promote my services to my ideal client in a way that inspires and energizes me. With Allison’s help I also conceived of a business that leverages my writing skills and interests into a fiction-generating machine that I believe will deliver great stories to my readers.

All of this was achieved under life circumstances that were far less than ideal. During my “turnaround” time with Allison, my husband was injured at work, and spent six weeks at home in recovery (I work from home, so this was a pretty big distraction). I also had two surgeries and lost my dad to sudden cardiac arrest.

If Allison can get me through this, she can get anyone through anything. I’m now a convert of coaching, and I wholeheartedly recommend Allison to anyone who is stuck and genuinely interested in moving forward. I can’t thank her enough for all that her services enabled me to accomplish.

Allison helped me find my post-baby career identity during a time when I needed more than a friend or family member's ear.
