Not a fan of the selection or the customer service. I wound up using another company.

Just like Mary says, this place is awful. These people will nickle and dime you to death. And once they have their paws on your money, you can forget about any customer service. Help loading the stuff in to the car? Nope. Returns? The owner laughs and asks you what he is going to do with the return! Defects? Well, that's why you buy extras according to the owner. Very poor service..poor customer service..the managers don't know anything on who is coming to install the wood floors/carpet. They don't know when or what time the workers are coming..Very unprofessional. They come in one day and do some of the job then leave. The workers still haven't come to finish the job.The managers keep saying the workers are coming tomorrow,tomorrow but the workers don't show up.Also I ordered some curtains/blinds 2 months ago and it still has not come in..They are not honest when the orders will be ready and making up lame excuses.They probably put that money in their pocket. I don't know what kind of business they are running. The job is still incomplete to this day. DO NOT go there!
