They experience was good for the most part. I didn't like being rushed out at the end of the first session.

Absolutely beautiful! Amazing food and service. Marco the restaurant manager was wonderful, very accommodating, professional and attentive. The bar staff was also top notch, Tim went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time! Our room was beautiful and very clean and at a fantastic rate! Thank you Marco,Tim and all staff for making my birthday unforgettable! I highly recommend the restaurant and bar as well as the hotel!

Stayed overnight last weekend and the hotel was perfect. The dinner in the Alantica was delicious and the bar was really fun too! Would definitely stay again,

Got in at 12:30 AM after a long day where they overbooked my flight. I specifically told them when asked that I didn't want a wake up call. They called me at 5:30 AM and said: "Yes sir, this is your 5:30 wake up call."
"I didn't request a wake up call."
"I'm sorry sir. We had your signature for one."
This wouldn't have been so bad but they proceeded to call me AGAIN at 6:30 AM where I was much angrier at that time and then called one last time at 7:30 when I picked up and the guy realized it was me, he simply hung up.
Terrible stay. Gross showers. Avoid this hotel and their rude staff AT ALL COSTS!!!

The Allegria is beautiful on the inside. The rooftop pool makes you feel like you are far from Nassau County.
It ends there.
The restaurant food was sub par.
The lobster chowder was luke warm, with broth and a couple pieces of the claw meat of lobster.
I ordered my NY sirloin rare. It came out medium at best.
The bartender was great though. Hi light of the experience.
The next morning, I was disappointed there was no way of getting a bottle of water without needing to walk into town.
Breakfast was buffet and we declined because it looked unappetizing.
Just beware, it is tranquil, well decorated, and lovely, but not a "real" hotel.
I needs to be bought by an actual hotel name and managed correctly. For the price. (500/ n, Labor Day weekend).
