I WAS REFEREED TO ALLCOUNTY BY A FAMILY FRIEND. I NEEDED 10 FEET OF COPPER REPLACED FOR MY STEAM RETURN LINE GOING TO MY BOILER. THE ALLCOUNTY OFFICE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE; AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, AND READY TO WORK AT 8AM THE NEXT MORNING. I have been an Allcounty customer for a number of years and my experience has always been positive, starting with my initial contact with Gayle. she greets you as if you were an old friend when she answers the phone. She listens to my issues, provides a consultation, and makes timely appointments. Gayle even followed up by calling and letting me know exactly when the servicemen would arrive.

Miserable experience with this company. After calling them at 8 am and leaving work at noon I waited until 6 pm without one word of explanation until I called them, four times, and was coerced to pay nearly $200 for the tech to tell me what I already knew: that the blower motor had died. On the next business day they called me to say the cost to repair the unit was $1200. When I asked her to tell me the manufacturer name and product number so I could get a second quote she (the alleged owner of the company) told me to "go and get it myself". The following week I had it repaired perfectly by another outfit for $200.
