Had them around to do a "free" quote. Guy who showed up -- Mauricio Garcia:
1. was right on time (which is a huge plus in my book!)
2. was rude & unprofessional
3. kept telling me he had no clue what the setbacks were in this town (not withstanding the fact that he and his company were installing generators right now in my town!)
4. wanted me to go to the town hall with a survey and get details. (Why would I hire him if I had to do everything myself?)
5. immediately criticized an earlier gas line plumbing work because it hadn't been done by him "no that won't work at all" (even before he had seen it whole job)
6. Just seemed to lack basic knowledge. Couldn't figure out how to convert Amps to KW needed (something basic that even I, as a non-tech person, can do).
There's plenty of competition in this area. Get someone else.
