I called for a taxi and when I walked up to the car he immiediately pulled off. I tried calling for another taxi and I was repeatedly hung up on and ignored. Mind you it was one of the coldest days of the year. I nearly caught frostbite. I was vividly upset.

Called for a rate to LGA, received a rate for 4. A great rate booked It! When I called to confirm the return fare the dispatcher JJ started screaming that I was quoted the wrong fare that he was going to charge more for the return fare. He left a screaming,out of control message on my home Voice-mail stating with had 5 people in a sedan! He advised the person who booked the fare does know what she was doing. NEVER AGAIN

After 39 minutes and 2 follow up calls, I was told that the driver was at the location and no one came out but they would send him back. This is just pure BS. We were sitting and waiting watching out our giant plate glass store windows that are very clean and see through, no way we missed the Driver. In one of my previous calls, I confirmed the location, cross street and landmarks to make SURE there was no confusion as to the pick up point. This type of situation and dedication to shady customer service is why Uber and Lyft are winning. I hate to bash a local, independent business but they need to step up their game and take responsibility for lousy service or shut the doors before they are consumed by the efficiency and superior services available via the Internet.

let me start off by saying thanks for making me late. I missed my flight. the driver took me so far out of my way to pick up another person going to jfk airport to. when i called the office from the back seat of the taxi I was hung up on. when we got to the airport the driver dropped off the other person first. the driver gave the other person my bag. I had to jump out run after her to get my bag back. I am not sure if they were trying to rob me. or what her bag looked nothing like mine. I will never use them again. ever
