When my wife and I bought our home, we immediately recognized the need for a good home security system. Having never had a home security system, we just chose to call one of the names we recognized. We were shocked when we got rude customer service, a 3-week wait to have the alarm installed, and an overall bad experience. But this turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
After doing a bit more research into alarm companies friends had and how they felt about the companies they chose, we began to notice a trend of hearing good things about All Island Security. We gave them a call and for the past seven years have never regretted that decision. They have great customer service and we found they were able to get our system up and running within days. If we have ever encountered any issues (all of our issues have been battery related), they have been helpful and accommodating of our schedule.
One of the best aspects, in my opinion, is the service technician who comes to our home has always been the same technician. He is familiar with our system, seems to know the issue and how to fix it before he even walks through the door, and he is polite and friendly. When allowing a representative of a company into your home, I think these are important qualities to look for.
