If I could give no stars I would. My first experience was with Dr Michael Brock he's consideration to appointments was non existent I actually waited an hour then rescheduled. It was worth it. He was the best with facial injectables. He gave me my lower face back no sagging no lines lifted the corners of my lips. Unfortunately I was convinced by Tracy to use the new PS. After spending 2k my eyelids dropped the only negative side effect that is better. I have smile lines, bumps and lumps on my jaw line I look like the joker when I smile because of more limbs from fillers. I have called left messages for Tracy that only calls back when your spending money I left messages on the main phone. With no response. I was thrilled to be able to get my Botox and fillers after finishing my surgeries for breast cancer I was hoping to gain some positive self image instead I look worse and I'm out 2k. I have nothing nice to say about the PS or Tracey and the rest of the staff

Would NEVER use this office again! I went ad a new patient and had a biopsy done on a mole 12 business days ago. I was told I would receive a call whatever the results were. I called yesterday looking for the results and was told someone would call me back. More than 24 hours later I called again after not hearing from anyone only to be told that I'd have to leave anothet message for someone to call me back. Don't even get me started on how long you have to wait on hold before someone even picks up a phone!

A great service to the community. Have been going for years. Onorato is a great physician. However, some NP's and PA's are not the most personable people in the world. They come off as curt, make me feel rushed. Recently haven't had pleasant experiences.
