i called one night and asked the woman who answered the phone if they charged for someone to come out and give an estimate on a leaking pipe in our home, she said no, i then asked what time someone could come out, and she said she would have to have a technician call me back. about 20 minutes later a gentleman called me back, told me there would be a $55 charge just to come out when the woman told me there wouldnt be to come out that night but said that he could come out for free the following day around noon and i agreed. he never called and never showed. i didnt even call them to see if he was coming because it was bad service without him even coming!
