Absolutely unreliable, Phoenix Warehousing drops the ball all the time, and when they try to put out the fires they start with their incompetence, they just fan the flames while their customers' money burns. This is where your worst 3PL nightmares come to life, over and over. Do yourself a favor, and find a better solution.
