All Car Towing and Recovery

I lost the keys to a rental SUV at a concert in the PNC Arts Center. Because the SUV was on Garden State Parkway property, the rental company could not send AAA unless I used an authorized GSP towing company. Luckily for me, my friends, and family, Dominick arrived at 1:00 AM and promptly performed a lockout service for me so that I could make sure the keys were not inside as well as retrieve valuables so that we could leave the SUV overnight until I figured out another plan.

Dominick suggested I go to the PNC Admin office and check lost and found. They did not have the keys at that time and told me to come back later in the day. I called the admin office the next day, however a recording said it was closed on Monday. Out of options, I returned to the lot and called the GSP operations to arrange for a tow. Once again luck was on my side because Dominick was dispatched to my location. He suggested that I return to the Admin office and see if they had the keys and they should be open. He said he would wait for me to return instead of loading the SUV up on the truck.

Thankfully someone did turn in the keys and I was able to avoid the huge costs I was about to face with the alternative choices. When I returned to Dominick, we were able to bill AAA for a lockout call and I was back on the road. I am very thankful for Dominick and his customer service. Since I live out of state, he understood how desperate we were and offered all his assistance to ease my mind. I would definitely recommend All Car Towing as long as they continue to hire such excellent employees like Dominick. Thank you.

complete scam. Driver was drunk and disheveled and charged 160 for 4 miles when all other rates I researched were 80 for that distance. When I told him this he stuttered and couldn't give an explantion. How does the Garden State Parkway contract such corrupt business. Worst ever.

0 stars would be the right way to rate this place. This place is nothing but a scam! stay way clear away from here . They do not give two SH***'s about the fact you were in a accident and clearly do not want to help out at all. All they care about is how much $$ they can squeeze from you. I called asking for information about where the heck my car was towed at and had to go trough circle's just to get the answer I was looking for. The day of my wreck the tow guy didn't even talk to me ( I was talking to the police at the time) he just gave my friend his business card and simply told him do you have full coverage? "just call" they expect people who are not from the area to just show up the next day to pay for the tow. Obviously it is almost impossible to make it there to pay if your car is totaled . Oh and don't forget that they accept Cash only so If you don't have that your S.O.L . and on top of things they had me waiting for the boss to call me back ,which he never did which adds another "parking charge fee" it has been the worse experience I have ever been through wanted 115$ for tow and 35$ a day for "parking" absolutely the worse!

Definitely beware, they will scam you! We broke down at PNC Arts Center, and they explained to us that AAA didn't tow out of there, that they would take us out of PNC, and AAA would pick us up there. They towed us to the lot of Stop and Shop just off exit 117, and there he wrote up a receipt for our tow. He explained that we had to pay $80 for going less than 4 miles. We were upset, but what could we do. He even said that AAA would probably reimburse us if we called them and asked. He took our AAA card to record our info, and said that they were taking the info only for survey purposes. They wanted to see how many AAA customers they towed so that maybe they could build a contract with AAA. Of course we bought it, because he seemed like an ok guy. He then took us to a gas station where we withdrew the $80 in cash, plus a tip for him, and then he left us with our vehicle. To make a long story short we submitted our claim to AAA and were denied, because All Car submitted a claim for payment as well. AAA paid them, and we paid them as well. When we contacted All Car about it they were rude, and said that they had no record of our cash payment. So basically we paid them, and the driver got away with our cash. AAA told us that even though they are not affiliated with them, towing companies can seek reimbursement for tows by putting in a claim. To me this is dirty, and shameful on their part. They are taking advantage of people, and stealing from them. Beware if you use them!!
