My choc lab really dislikes water and loud noises, like the blow dryer, which makes it difficult to groom him. He always comes back looking and smelling great with happy tail wagging. Very impressive considering how scared he looks when he first goes in the door. The staff is wonderful!

I took my cat for a groom and cut for the summer and he came back looking sleeker than ever! He has a thick undercoat and long hair, he got the kitten clip and they slimmed out his coat completely in line with his natural hair patterns and nicely shaved off his belly. It was like a "high top fade" for my Norweigan forrest cat! He will be much happier this summer!
