This is a terrible organization. I didn't want to give it a single star. Don't even bother! Very rude on the phone and had a difficult time hearing and understanding the (very clear) explanation of the problem with my washing machine. After a frustrating time trying to discuss the issue he cut me off and said "I'm not even interested in this" and hung up. What a jerk. I called another service company and they understood immediately and set up an appointment.
