This management company is awful. Take forever to fix the problem reported by the unit owners. We selected them because they were willing to take a lower price at first. However, you get what you pay for. No customer service at all. The manager is always unreachable by phone. Stay away from them.

Do not entrust your building to these people - they completely mismanaged our building, didn't pay vendors on time, didn't keep accurate accounts, didn't maintain the building properly. Our new management company got more done in the first week of managing our building than All Area did in 9 months
