"All American Monuments" located in Sheepshead Bay area, Brooklyn - ***WARNING*** Please stay away
Stay away from this horrific company and the nasty and disgusting family that owns it.
My family ordered a monument back in March of 2016 and left the deposit in cash. According to the contract, the headstone was supposed to be installed in October of 2016. After learning that there was nothing done by Oct we were devastated that we would not have the headstone for the 1 year anniversary. Since then we have made dozens of calls and visited their office more than 20 times in attempts to re-mediate the issue. What we heard was multiple promises and lies saying it'll be done next month. Not to mention the despicable tone, derogatory language used in dealing with us without any bit of compassion or an effort to right their wrong doing. It is now March '17 and the services we paid for haven't been rendered. We cannot go elsewhere because they refuse to return our deposit. We will be proceeding with contacting authorities.
I urge you to go to the site below and file a complaint with the attorney general in hopes that they will take action and prosecute them to the full extent.
