All American Ford Paramus

If you need to have work done to your ford vehicle go anywhere but here. They had my truck for 3 weeks to do a 9 hour job. They didn't look at my truck for the first week and a half then it took the parts (they got from ebay) another week. No loaner because I didn't buy my truck there. Very long, painful story short. I paid through the nose to get my truck back with no apologies for the terrible mismanagement of my time just grabbed my credit card, smiled and showed me the door. Horrible experience if you get work done there after reading this then you need to get your head checked while your at it.

I decided to give this dealership another chance. 5 years ago a fake Italian car salesman made my wife and I feel like complete cheap pieces of garbage. Fast forward 5 years later. I was looking for a new Ford Fusion. When I walked in I had no idea about the Fusion Energi and all the rebates it had with it. Plus saving gas at the same time.
Robert Vanone is the one that suggested that and I'm glad he did. It's only been a week with my new car but I'm absolutely in love with it. I've been a Mustang guy my whole life and loved the sound of the engine, but this Fusion Energi is just great. You have no idea it's on because it's so quiet.
So if you're in the market for a new car I highly suggest All American Ford in Paramus but only if you deal with Rob Vanone because he is awesome. I've been leasing Fords since 1994 and he is the second best saleman I have had.

The overall service experience was good. I came in without an appointment for a wheel alignment and was accommodated. My Explorer was aligned and wash in under an hour and a half.

The one thing that I am upset with is the cost of the alignment. I could have gone to the Ford Quick Lane in Hackensack for the same service only it's about $35 cheaper there. If I had known before hand I would have traveled a little further to Hackensack and saved money.

I couldn’t be happier with the deal I just made with the All American Ford dealership in Paramus! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a number of enthusiastic employees who made me feel comfortable and right at home. They allowed me to take my time and browse around, but once I saw that Black 2016 Explorer Sport, my browsing came to a halt. I knew this was the one. All I had to do was turn around and nod my head and within seconds there was a salesman right by my side to answer all of my questions. Having had a lot of obstacles in leasing a vehicle in the past, the people at this dealership were very understanding and flexible unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past who just push whatever sale is best for them onto you without considering your “situation.” Having two children, a wife, a mortgage, and a heap of student loan debt, I certainly could not afford any kind of hefty monthly payment. They were so flexible they were even able to get the monthly payments lower than what I was expecting! There is plenty of space in my new Explorer Sport for the wife, the kids, groceries, and even the dog! I had a great all around experience with this dealership and I am confident going into the future with them! I got the suv that I wanted at a price that I could afford!!
