Horrible! Took the train 300 miles to get the car I wanted, turns out the car needs almost triple the purchase price in repairs for it to pass inspection and they didn't have the title on hand so they are telling me i can come pick it up or that can send it to me for $20!. This place is a rip off, steer clear!

Believe all the reviews here. I wasn't accepting a great car for under 2K but I did expect the car to last more than a week. Driving on the highway the transmission decide to seize and the car would stall every couple hundred feet. My friend who's a mechanic said that in order to fix the car he would have to work on it everyday and basicly "restore" the car back. If they do not agree to work with me on this issue I will seek legal action. Do not even stop by them when looking for a car you will incounter the same problems most of us have experienced from this dealer. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at All Access Auto form making my experience a good one. I've been burned by used car dealers in the past and I was very surprised that they cared more about putting me in the rigth vehicle for my needs rather then just trying to grab my money. I didn't spend much but they treated me like I was buying a brand new car. Thanks again, I love the honda!

I did not expect a great car for 3K, however, I did expect a car that would run for a year. I was an inexperienced buyer and was taken advantage of for it. The carfax report said that the car didn't pass the last inspection so I inquired about it to the dealer. The dealer said the car should pass no problem because they check it out themselves before purchasing it. First off, the left turn signal wasn't working, and it was not a bad bulb. The transmission was bad, need to replace it. Because of the transmission, the car would not pass inspection. The battery is the incorrect type for the car!!!!! The engine mount is about to fall off. The brake light is wrong, indicating a problem there. There were MANY problems wrong with it that I couldn't have possibly figured out without taking the car to a trustworthy mechanic prior to buying, but unfortunately I purchased the car "as is." And the warranty they sell is useless. The warranty will only cover as they see fit, and is willing to replace the parts with other old parts. Needless to say, this car has caused many problems in my life. Plus, being a student, I neither have the time or the money to fix anything. There's a chance that I might take this to the court. Please do not go to All Access Auto because they don't seem to have any compassion for the buyer. I do not want to see another person taking advantage of by them.

Non responsive service, sold me a bad car, lied about everything, refused to acknowledge any of my concerns. Ripped me off with the title, all they did was sign the back over, but had me wait for a transfer, said they were going to mail it, but I ended up calling them to find out they had it from day one, I had to drive back to pick it up myself and charged me $20 extra to get it, the title is dated a day before I got the car, in their name. charged me almost $200 in so called document fees, but I don't see nearly $200 worth of documents. the car was supposed to be a good daily driver, but I need to spend double what the car is worth to keep the car from potentially falling apart after every big pothole. Rip off. Bad. Bad. Bad.
