Tsila saved my life.
I've been on a great diet for years but never actually felt healthy. I've also had stomach issues since I was born and never really recognized good health. When I went to Tsila, the first session was a real eye-opener to how my stomach has been controlling my mindset and emotions. The second session, I felt like a brand new person. I remember driving home after that second session and feeling ALIVE, loving, and in the best mood ever. I finally got my life back, the life I never got to live.
I swear by what she does. Any time my diet slides off track, Tsila provides the best solution to detoxing and clearing the body of toxins and unwanted conditions. Tsila is the best, very knowledgable, and a great personality. I felt as though I have known her for years. From my first call to Alist Wellness Center I felt completely comfortable. My diet in the past had been far from perfect. I can honestly say I would eat like it was a party every day. Consuming soda, chips, chocolate, cake lots of starch and fried foods. My eating habits began to wreck havoc on my system. I started noticing pimples, and my stomach and weight expanding. I would go 3 days without a bowel movement. Feeling sluggish and tired all the time. I decided to make some major changes. I call it an internal spring cleaning; booked my appointment for a consultation, and colonic. I felt so much better after the session. I had a burst of energy. I have been coming to this center for 5 years and the professionalism, care and concern for my health has been exceptional. As a result of following the advice of eating healthy and right proportions and colonics I was able to reverse my diabetic type 2 situation. My A1C was a 9.0 and my glucose levels numbers were averaging in the 300's and my weight was 242lb. Now my weight is 205lb and my A1C number is 4.5 and my average glucose per month has been 100. In addition to all this the positive energy that emits from Tsila is amazing. She has a passion for her clients health. This place has helped changed my personal and family life as I have now become a healthy happy man .

When i first herd of colon hydro therapy i was a little skeptical but because of its benefits i decided to call Alist wellness center . I spoke to Tsila the main therapist there and she was very informative. She was able to know about my bodies issues without me even telling her what they were or that i even had any. I went to her center and tried out the services i understand that everyone's body as well as experiences are different but for me i was able to feel and experience good changes within 10 minutes of my session.
