I had moved back to Paterson, NJ and needed a refrigerator for my new apartment. I tried other retailers who didn't work out for me. Alfredo's delivery my appliance on time and then took it back to the warehouse when we discovered that I had measured the space incorrectly. He found me another refrigerator that was located in another city. He went and picked up the new refrigerator (gently used) that was exactly what I needed and delivered to my new apartment exactly at the time that he said he would. The two gentlemen that delivered for me were polite, professional and really did go above and beyond the cal of duty. I am very happy.
