Lou cignarella is a very patient considerate understanding and accommodating person. I greatly appreciate his assistance in the purchase process. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

I tried with these guys. They failed.
I gave them an offer, no one called me back. I called back to see if they got my starting point. I got a response, "...uh, my GM handles all of the numbers so, we'll get back with you.." No one did. Message received.
Checkout my review of Auto Express Fiat of Erie, Pa...where I ended up just contacting out of the blue since I was going to a high school graduation in the area...and drove back in my Fiat 500. I saved more money than the $99/mo parking Manhattan Fiat offered and we worked together on an offer that both parties were happy with.
I wish Fiat of Manhattan well, but they lost my business, my referrals, and they lost 4 stars on my review.

I had a terrible experience. The salesman didn't want to tell me the cars history over the phone, I went there to see that car there . The guy was nice at first, but when I told him that I can't wait that long, he responds that they called me three times during the day, and I didn't respond, and he was looking at me like he wanted to fight me. So this other guy went to bring the car from somewhere. I waited 30 minutes and I stepped outside. The guy that went to get the car, and since I was outside I saw the guy driving I mean racing with the car. And the car had a $3000 higher price than advertised. After that I just left. It was really bad. The other people there seemed decent and the place was pretty clean.

FIAT of Manhattan has the absolute WORST customer service in the world. My 2015 Fiat has been overheating since Thanksgiving (this is the fourth time), so I've been taking it to the closest Fiat (Staten Island) repair shop. Because, well, it's overheating and getting it to Manhattan seems like an irresponsible thing to do with a lease. When I first contacted them about this, they gave me a REALLY hard time about taking it to the Staten Island shop. Fine, I'll bring it to Manhattan, but I'm not paying for the towing. The Customer Service Rep told me that I have 70 miles covered. 70 and tolls!! I was shocked because I didn't know that and felt like an idiot for always taking it to SI. Now I know why. Today, when I called to get it towed to Manhattan, it was a different story. Only 13 miles are covered and the tolls are absolutely not covered. To Manhattan from SI is 18.5 miles and $21 in tolls. I'm already paying $175 a month for my BRAND NEW CAR, which is expected WORK. It hasn't, so I've had to take public transportation and Uber multiple times. So, when I call back to complain, they said I have to take up those extra miles with the roadside assistance company. So, i call the roadside assistance company and they laugh because it's not them, it's the dealer that assists in mileage. I called to speak with a manager and conveniently all managers are busy and their voicemails are full. I left a message with two receptionists and it's been about 2 hours and no one has returned my call. I just want my car fixed or I want my money back. I'm so done with them. You can rest assured that at the end of my lease it will be my last lease from Fiat and I will go with someone else.

Hand down this is the far worst business establishment I ever walked into and have dealt with.
The moment you walked into this dealership everyone it's so friendly and very helpful like every good business should be.
First off, the sales willing to put the best offer available on the table and negotiate best deal that suits your need. At this moment you picked your car and agreed with the numbers presented to you. Your in the exciting mode and handling off your first down payment. They'll made you wait for an hour, says need time to process your payment and the agreement.
Bam! Came back slam you with a total different amounts agreement. Excuse? that amount was for leasing not finance (What?!? didn't we talk about financing a car the whole time). It's unrealistic for us to offer you with a such number.
Having them already took your down payment, which they not willing to give back unless you sign off the car.
These people is all smiles and dire wolves at heart, waiting to eat your fresh and bones. Fully took advantage of you when you're guard its down. Am I exaggerating? Please don't take my words for it and please google "fiat Manhattan reviews for yourself. From Yelp, Google, Youtube and dealer reviews, there's nothing good to say beside scams, bait and switches.
If you do have to shop here, please becareful and good luck!
