Alex Kaplan Photo Video Photo Booth

Alex worked with my daughter on headshots for acting auditions. He did a really good job making her relaxed and comfortable, which was really important since it was her first time, and took a lot of great photos. In fact, we got so many nice shots that we had a very hard time choosing the 'right' one. We will be back again next year for her next round of headshots, thanks Alex!

I've had Alex do portraits for me for the last fifteen years. The last one was for the back cover of a book I wrote, and it then became used over and over. I just had my third portrait (the last was seven years old, and was missing the "truth in advertising" threshold by this point). I wanted a specific look, which he executed in great fashion.

At first my Wife and I decided to book Alex because he best fit our price range but, after seeing his work we new that his team could definitely deliver great service. The day came and sure enough they did not disappoint; the photographers and videographer showed up on time and did not waste anytime taking great pictures. They have some amazing creativity that will give way to phenomenal shots and video. There was never a time that I though "I wish they would have gotten that pic or a video of this" (they were always on point). The photos have turned out amazing and we cannot wait to see the Video. Alex Kaplan and his staff did an amazing job at our wedding. They took fantastic shots of everything: the ceremony, reception, venue, landscape, rings, etc. And they made sure to fully capture everything we had asked them to prior to the wedding. Alex and his staff do a great job of communicating before, during and after the wedding and make sure everything not only goes off without a hitch, but also that the day is exactly as you always imagined. The quality of the photos and professional way they conducted themselves warrants a much greater price than they actually charge. My wife and I were blown away by our pictures and couldn't be happier. I would (and have) recommend Alex Kaplan to anyone who asks about wedding photography/videography. They deserve more than 5 stars and we're an absolute pleasure to have capture our special day.

My fiance and I are super pleased with our experience with Alex Kaplan Photography. We have a contract for our wedding which is set to take place on July 9, 2016. We booked an engagement session for the beginning of October with one of his associates, Aaron. Aaron was very professional and did a great job helping us to get poses that not only looked great but made us look great as well. He was very personable and helped to make it seem less awkward. (it was our first time doing photos together.) Our photo shoot lasted a little longer than an hour and was done at Bear Mountain NY. Aaron was able to take almost 250 pictures, all of which came out beautifully. My fiance and I could not have been happier with the photos that we received back and the turn around time was wonderful. We look forward to working with them for not only photography, but videography as well for the wedding!
