Made an appointment here and then when I arrive the mechanic tells me "I'm very busy." Meanwhile he helps another guy who just walks in. Disappointed!

I have now been there twice and will never return. Sent by another mechanic in the area. Both times my car was returned seemingly worse off then it arrived. Typical you go in for one thing and they find 10 other things wrong with your car and then try to overcharge you for them. My friends have had similar experiences. On top of it the owner Alex is extremely rude and should be kept in the back away from customers. Save your money and go somewhere that will actually uphold their end of the bargain.

I am the manager of Alex Collision. We are in business for 15 years now and we always have heard good comments about our work. If there is a problem about the work that we did, we would like to fix it in the right way. We rarely make mistakes, but come on every human makes mistakes sometimes. If you guys are not happy with our work, please bring your invoice into the shop and we will be fixing whatever is wrong with your car. Thank you and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Do not go. Incapable and untruthful.

My car was rear-ended in an accident. The damage included rear bumper as well as damage to the motors in the driver's seat.

After getting the car back I noticed that bumper seemed to be of a slightly different color. I called Alex but he assured me that it's just the look of fresh paint. 2 Months later another body shop told me that paint job was botched and they didn't bother to match the colors.

Next day later I noticed that not all of the motors were working in the driver's seat. I took the car back to Alex but he couldn't even fix the problem. I had to take my car to the dealer to get the motors fixed.
