I'm never shopping at ALDO again.

I went into this store to purchase a pair of BENEZER Monk Straps in size 13. They arrived at my house this past week in an obviously pre-worn condition. I immediately called and asked them why this happened and they told me to bring them in and they'll "solve my issue." I did. They refused my return, accusing me of damaging the shoes.

Interested in profit, they instead directed me to a different pair, another online order, or a trip into Manhattan for a different shoe.

I am under no obligation to deal with ALDO's crappy shoes, or a trip into Manhattan to fix their quality control issues. I'm disputing the payment with my bank.

Ok so I just walked into Aldo's to buy some shoes for my bday. I'm wearing my work clothes [I work at an office] and I have more than enough money to buy their shoes. But the girl in there ignored me and snubbed me while paying full attention to the white customers. I buy Aldo's shoes every year for my bday but never again.
