Unfortunately this place has roaches all year and water bugs in the lobby on summer. The elevator looks like the elevator in the projects, makes noise bothering all the apartments on each floor it stops.
The floors and carpets are old, they keep fixing staff that takes years to get fixed, They raise your rent every time they want and they give you no service at all when something does not work at your place. You got to beg them to come and fix something. No parking, no basement, no doorman, in fact, there have been a couple of robberies here and even one lady got raped years ago in her own apartment. God knows it, so if they are religious people they should say the truth.
Security cameras are a joke and the small laundry room that usually doesn’t work, too.
Rent somewhere else. Unhappy neighbors and ugly landlords.
