Spoke with Diane she was very pleasant. No deposit was needed, yet they still followed up & showed up to perform clown with the Red Puppet costume. My son was a little scared, but Albert the clown handled himself properly. He interacted with just about everyone. was alot of kids so he did his best to includ all the kids. all & all i was very happy.

Hiring this clown was a mistake.Completely rude,unprofessional,and misleading.
Look else where!
