Alaris Health at Cedar Grove

I can not say enough to describe how well both my mother and my uncle were taken care of. The staff was sweet, attentive, loving and caring. The Director's both administrative and nursing's top priority is quality patient care and that is clear. The Nurses care for their patients with love and compassion. The PT and rehab department are wonderful.

Don't let the pretty entrance fool you. Everything about that place was horrible. From the staff to the dirty toilet seat these poor people had to use. My mother unfortunately ended up here because of course, we didn't have the money to have her in a private home, or a private nurse. This place and places like this do nothing but suck the life out of them. Literally!

If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible experience. My mother was returned to the hospital within days of being here for their nursing staff's poor care. PT team was nice from what we saw. Would NEVER recommend. Nursing staff comes across as uncaring and idiotic-they have no idea what's going on with their patients. Won't talk to family members despite appropriate documentation. Please stay away!!

Love, Love, Love this facility!!! My grandmother was a resident at this facility and the staff treated her with the best care and love ever. My grandmother loved them all, especially Nurse Vanessa she would say, "that Vanessa is so kind!" The rehab was excellent, another one of my relatives had a TKR (total knee replacement and with the rehab there they were back home in two weeks!!! The only thing I can actually say that needs some improvement is the food, :-) It was not that great, but they do try and accommodate by giving you different foods to try which overall has gotten to be better in taste ( It could have just needed more seasoning, what can I say I am a chef, my food will always taste best)...lol... All and all it's an awesome place that shows compassion and great care!!!

My mother recently was a resident at Alaris Health at Cedar Grove. My mother’s illness was a devastating time for me and my family. I am very grateful for the kind, compassionate care that my mother received. The staff treated my mother like she was one of their own family members. The exceptional therapists motivated my mom to achieve her goals and she had fun while working hard! She enjoyed delicious meals. Mom was always busy due to the activities and parties that the staff coordinated for the patients. She had so much fun and socialization that she didn’t want to leave. During her down time, she was able to spend time next to the Koi pond in their beautiful courtyard. The building is beautiful and spotless. I personally witnessed the professionalism that each nurse treated my mother with. If it wasn’t for the staff at Alaris Health at Cedar Grove, my mother would never have come as far as she did. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for care for their loved one.
