- Terrible #217313

Was not able to pick up my rental because they required major credit card upon pick-up, even though the rental was already paid for through Expedia. Severely delayed my travel plans and cost me a lot of money getting another rental. Spent the last hour today getting a refund through Expedia. Found out that this policy is against NY State law and will be pursuing this.

Amazing service, everyone is extremely helpful. Multi-lingual staff. Glad I went with this company based on the reviews rather than the one I had first reserved. I picked up my car at LGA and returned at JFK. Even at JFK the return was super easy.
