Next time I think I want a Maxima not a Camry.... they could use AC in rental office and cars should come with a full tank, but other than that... reasonable rental experience at a convenient location for a fair price July 4th week.

Excellent service at the W. 58th St. office. There was no wait either to get the vehicle or to return it. This was far different from my experience at the midtown office.

was a bit nervous renting from them as a first timer (google map said they were closed + I coudnt find any reviews online about this location). But, was pleasantly surprised by the service and attention I received. I found the location with ease and got through quickly. I rented a cute black VW beetle that was perfect to take up to CT. It was in excellent condition and was a new model. They were able to assist with directions out of the city and gave me the local numbers to call them directly if i needed further assistance. I would rent from them in the future.
