Staff was very rude and defensive; upon return I had a few questions and Maureen from this office was very rude and did not listen when I was telling her what the Alamo Rent A Car customer service representative told me prior. In addition, knowing that my return time was after hours, they didn't bother to explain what to do. I had to find out via the poor parking garage attendant who doesn't even work at Alamo. Seriously needs improvement in terms of service. Please go somewhere else to rent your car.

Worse experience ever. Rented a car and got problem. A inexperient clerk denied trade the car telling he knows about car. The staff at Montgomery location in Jersey are rude and Stobern. The satisfaction guarantee offer doesn't exist. Pay more and get something trustable and good customer service.
