Worst recreation center ever. Don't bother going there. I don't mind the weight room being crowded and all, but the rude staff doesn't cut it. You would think the manager would be helpful, but he's just as rude. I lost my card so I wanted to replace one today. I only had cash on me and he told me only card. I wasn't informed that because other centers accept cash AND card. So I told him I will use my last chance. I was told that I have three chances that they would let me in PER year if I ever forgot my card when I signed up. He told me only 3 chances in total. He told me that I used two chances this year and I can't get in because I used my 1st chance last year. That's a lie. I signed up in 2010 because I was visiting NY. My membership canceled after a year which is in 2011. That means my membership was not active until I renewed it this year. So how in the world did I used my chance last year when I wasn't even here? Maybe there was a mistake, but he didn't bother to check and care less about it. He wouldn't let me in no matter what. I asked for the guy that told me the false info to verify, but his reply was "What other guy? I'm the manager here." I don't know how these guys get hire here. Very unprofessional. In my definition, I would say I was scammed. It doesn't matter how cheap it is, but the fact that I was told 3 chances per year and it's not. That's a scam. I live 40 mins away and I wanted a good workout but I was denied access due to a very ignorant manager. Also when you sign up, they don't tell you that you need a lock to get in until AFTER you pay and sign up. So if you don't have a lock the first day you sign up, then good luck getting in.

It is cheap but there are very few workouts. Primarily, seniors keep on telling young people to get off the machines. Some even tell the security to tell youths to get off since there are many empty machines. Young people can't exercise on those machines because elders forcing them to leave. Young adults pay more money and can't exercise is like a ripe off. Young people need more exercise so those seniors must stop forcing them to get off the machines since young people pay the most money. After so many of this same experiences, I never went back there anymore. Young people, don't waste your money on this hopeless gym. Having too much stress at a very young age can also lead to bad health in the future. This gym rules are not organised regularly than other gyms. Cheap places are a rubbish. All my friends and other young adults also complained the same issue at this gym.

When you call for information. Be aware they don't introduce themselves nor the place or work. The pick up like they are home. They are also in a rush to get you to hang up. They don't even wait to see if they have answered all of you questions or concerns. They need customer service training. Sorry to say they are the only place for kids to be in a safe environment and affordable but with staff that's rude no wonder kids are the way they are.
