When you order food for delivery they make you meet them a block away from where they're suppose to deliver it. Then they force you to tip them. The delivery guy harassed my wife on the street and was yelling at her! Then after pedestrians had to step in and defend my wife and get the food from the delivery guy that she had paid for already, the restaurant then continued to call my wife and harass her over the phone! I mean I would say they have poor service but that's playing it down. They might harass you if you order for delivery.

Ridiculously bad experience. I ordered food and paid via credit card. It was over an hour (the estimated delivery was 15-30 minutes), so I called to check on my order. I was on hold for ten minutes, and when I hung up to call back, I received a busy signal each time. Not happy at all with the service, or the fact that I was charged for food that I never received. Very frustrating and inconveniencing experience. Would never order from here again.

Good food, better price. A favorite online ordering spot of mine. Their menu has a large array of sushi, tempura, teriyaki, and hibachi. Tempura is excellent, the teriyaki is fresh and delicious and the hibachi was decent. Also, the delivery time is very quick for a restaurant in midtown.
