It is the perfect kind of cheating place!
I bought (3 years ago) worth of furniture that was presented as top of the line quality furniture. I was promised if anything went wrong, it was covered.
The cabinets are broken. As per their reps (Alex) they will charge me $100 per hour for fixing, that is new in the store policy.
In addition they do not provide insurance anymore (my building require insurance).
The sofa, worst quality,I think even IKEA furniture has batter quality.
I'm contacting a BBB . I paid cash (the price is 10% less when you pay cash) and was very specific about wanting to make sure my furniture was good quality . They haven't heard the last from me!!!

These people quoted me a good price on a couch, after I laid out the precise specs I wanted, so I made the loooong trip out to their showroom. Upon arrival, I was told "Sorry, I quoted you the wrong price, with that fabric it'll be a few hundred more." OK, annoying, but OK. Then, as we were ready to finalize the purchase, we were told, "Oh, sorry, must have misunderstood, the couch model you want is actually $6600," which was almost double their original quote.
The best part is, we asked this same guy for the same quote a few weeks earlier on the phone, and he told us it was $4800. This despite the fact that the couch is made by American Leather and has standard pricing--the real price should be $3599. They aren't even good liars.
I wouldn't trust these people to sell me a newspaper, never mind a couch.
