I ordered sushi . delivery on phone to apartment ,lady who took the order asked for credit card detail , I gave to her

Once the food arrived ,the delivery man gave the order to my mom ( I am not there) and waiting for payment ,my mom gave hold payment plus tips

Few days later saw credit card bill which charge by this restaurant.So,I go charge twice.Called the restaurant they asked the delivery guy about payment.He refuse ..he said he only got $2 tips

This place run by Chinese. They have no idea how to cook sushi
Avoid this place ,Trust me

It has been re-named to Aki39. The food is very nice, bento dinner combo is a good value for money. The fish is fresh and tasty.

Fresh, creative sushi and the friendliest place around. My favorite sushi place away from home. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Bring friends and make it a party!

BYOB sushi places seem to be disappearing by the day. Not Akane. Best BYOB sushi spot in the Midtown East/Murray Hill area.
