AIRPORT PARKING 1, LLC

I will never ever book to park my car with this company again. I decided to book with them since it was the cheapest I found around the airport and they provide transportation to and from the airport. I choose to park my car here on September 2012 and never had the chance to write a review until now. Dropping off the vehicle, the guy that worked there had a bit of an attitude but we were too excited about the trip to care. We guess it was because it was so early in the morning. The big problem was getting them to pick us up from the airport. It was horrifying. The guy gave us directions but the airport is huge it took us a while and we ended up going somewhere else since we were lost. I called the guy to inform him and he flat out scolded me, he yelled talking about why I did this and that. I felt belittled since he spoke to me like a child. Needless to say we found each other, he didn't say a word throughout the ride and neither did we (my family). We never tipped him for his rude service, which he caught a bigger attitude. It was a fabulous trip and I refuse to let some guy who hates his job ruin our vacation. My family and I will never ever ever! book parking with this company! Stay away! Its best to pay more for better service especially to avoid a downer from an amazing vacation.

Got my car back with a scratch on the side, slight dent on the edge of the door and a door ding mark. These guys don't give a flying efff about your car and fling open doors regardless of whether it will hit other cars or not. Pigs.
Other than that the pickup drop off service was good.

Don't know about the rest but these guys we're fast cheap and i got my car back how i left it!!!! 2nd time using would recommend

Dont use them. had a reservation ona weekday at 10am. Confirmed it by phone as well. Got there to find the place locked up tight. NO WHERE TO PARK. PHONE WAS ANSWERED BY A MACHINE AND THEY DIDNT RETURN MY CALLS. ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT AND HAD TO PAY A MUCH HIGHER RATE ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I HAD NO TIME TO SHOP AROUND.

I was very impressed with the service my wife and I received. We booked on line and the valet was waiting for us when we arrived late due to traffic. The ride to the airport was short. We were out of the states for 2 week and when we returned we called and the valet was there in 5 to 8 min. We will used this service again. They were great....
