Convenient, nice equipment and the pricing is reasonable for the service you receive

I've used this parking service for the past ten years and never been disappointed by their customer service. The staff is wonderful, attentive, helpful and professional. Our car is always ready when we return after them getting us from the airport. The car is clean and during the cold winter months warmed for us to begin our three hour drive home. I've recommended this service to friends who have also been completely satisfied. Keep up the good work.

We pulled into the parking lot and immediately our bags were loaded onto the shuttle by one of the drivers while I went inside and confirmed my reservation. We were then driven to the terminal - total time from parking my car to arriving at the terminal was about 12-15 minutes, can't beat it.

When we arrived back at JFK 3 weeks later after a snowstorm 2 days before, we picked up our bags, called the number on the ticket and within about 10 minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up. When we got back to the parking lot my car was waiting out front and the driver loaded our bags back into the vehicle while I payed the bill.

The employees were very nice and I was very impressed with the timing of everything. I will definitely use their service in the future. I also recommend using their online reservation system, makes the check-in process very quick.

We have used other airport parking, but Air Park is decidedly the best. The shuttle came quickly and our car was waiting for us. The guys are friendly and helpful. The car was just the way we left it. check in and out were fast. the lot was clean, as were the facilities. We will definitely use Air Park again.

Do not park there, going to the parking spot instead or any other. It's only a couple $ more but no damages there!
We got our car back with a broken bumper that had been put back in place so that we did not see it at the pick up time, but only when we got home and that the bumps of the road had made it fall. When we reported it as soon as we got home 2hours later, we were told that as we had left the parking lot without reporting the damage they were not responsible. We persevered and got hold of the manager who redirected us to the claims department. After sending pictures of the damages I did not get any news. I finally called and as it does not show on their video of exit at night when the bumper had been put back in place, i was told that they would not do anything!
So I am facing major repair to my car when I have never had a car accident!!
There are many other places for roughly the same price at JFK, chose another one.
