Worst service ever. They are No one to take responsibilities or pretend they don't know any information. Easy way out.

Flying with Air Berlin has been a horrible experience. The staff is super unfriendly. My worst flying experience i have ever encountered. The so called supervisor was so rude, she doesn't even look at you

Air Berlin is in business of stealing passengers luggage.I am convinced that this is an organized crime. Just check the amount of luggage being "lost" and consistency of the events See Air Berlin FB page and other reviews It is unimaginable with today's technology, that thousands of passengers had they luggage"lost"and never being reimbursed by Air Berlin. Speaking from experience.

I had never even heard of Air Berlin before I bought two round trip tickets (NYC-Rome). I had checked their safety record and everything looked in order. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Air Berlin has the cleanest fleet, the most polite crew, excellent food (for a plane), and great service. Even the passengers seemed nicer, which was probably because the crew made our trip so stress free! I will fly them every time I go to Europe from now on.
