I needed a lot of work done in my basement. I wanted to move the AC ducts from running in the middle of the room to the back of the room and out of the way, the AC lines had to be rerouted to outside, there was old rusted baseboard heating that had to go, and the heating zone valves were located in different locations and I wanted them moved to one location at the furnace.
I called Air Temp and Mario came over to check out what I wanted done that same day. I've been in the construction business for 15 years so I had a price in mind to what it was going to cost. Mario got back to me the next day with his estimate and my response was, "when can we get started?"
The crew started on one of the coldest Mondays in January. First thing they did was lay down drop cloths wherever they had to walk through the house. In just 2 days the work was complete. They even cleaned up existing work that was a mess. Since it was too cold to charge the AC unit, we waited until the weather warmed up. I called Mario and the very next day the temps were up around 70, he came over and charged up the unit. Works like a charm.
The quality of the work was excellent. The guys were mindful of all my furniture and floors and did a great job getting it done quickly. There is no doubt as to who I would call with any AC or heating needs in the future.
