Empire believes that commercial coffee sucks. I concur. Sunday brunch is a little crazy and hectic - I personally wouldn't do it again (especially now that the Houston summer sauna has started). The food is good - freshly made, well presented. The drip coffee with refills is of a high standard. Carrot cake goes down well.

Everyone in our group enjoyed our experience. We came here during the afternoon on a Saturday and the service and drinks were good. There are ample tvs to watch sporting events there... the sandwiches and burgers were also very tasty.

It's ok. We went for restaurant week but the special wasn't even worth it. $38 for 3 courses when it was almost cheaper individually. Why even bother.
The food was ok. Over priced for what it is but that's probably for the location. Limited menu.
Beer list was decent. Good view.
We went on a Wednesday early night. So it wasn't busy. Food came out quickly but over all. I don't think we will be coming back.

Went there on Saturday around 4 pm. 2 persons on small table with 3 chairs. We put some of our personal stuff ( handbag, keys , synglasses) and then the hostess came and ask for the chair cause 'she needs it'. She just moved the chair on the other empty table and none was waiting to be seated. However, the dogs are allowed and next guests came with dogg and the dogg was between my legs and after I asked the waiter if they can do something about it. They didn't do anything.

Depending on the night you go, this place can be overcrowded and crazy, or chill and a pretty nice option. The drinks are a little pricey, but the cocktails are good for what you pay. They typically have a pretty big yuppie/college crowd, especially on Fri/Sat. Cool views over the Hudson.
Their Sunday brunch was great, and the drinks were excellent.
