most of the negative reviews are from people who misunderstand the role of a broker or miss out on an apartment. If you put down a deposit and then decide not to rent an apartment, you more than likely will loose your deposit. My experience with Aim was exceptional. They ALWAYS returned my calls; They were able to find me the apartment I needed. They went out of their way to help me.
Excellent Broker- and I've dealt with many NYC brokers.

I found an awesome apartment and quickly closed the deal with the broker.
I'm not sure what the other reviewers experienced, but I would totally recommend this broker to others.

This agency has taken over $2000 for an apartment deposit as of 11/6. After we have submitted all the paperwork, the broker refuses to pick up his cell phone or office phone, and will not return any calls. It has literally been weeks and we have no apartment and no money.
Buyer beware! Steer clear of this unprofessional broker.
