If you have a child with cleft lip/palate I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ahmed. He was the quarterback for our care and went above and beyond our expectations! The staff is wonderful and friendly. They really try to work with my tight schedule.

I don't understand how they can refuse services because they don't "want" the new insurance. My child was in the last few months of her braces when they decided that they no longer wanted to accept her insurance. Her insurance did cover the continuation plan however because they did not want to take the plan she had to be transferred to another orthodontist. I have never met a more money hungry dental office. I spent the first few months paying $50 copayments and this was a slap to the face.There is a huge lack of communicatio between the insurance company and the staff themselves. It is sad that patients must do the work of staff in verifying what is covered and what's not. Apparently the dental office failed to inform the insurance company that they no longer wanted to participate with their plan. Hopefully other parents won't go thru what I have been thru. To make things worse, the staff failed to document every visit my child had with them. So the information I bring to the new orthodontist will be incomplete. Never again! The only advice I have is go with your gut instinct and if you notice discrepancies in the beginning avoid them all together.

I love everything about this office! The staff is awesome and the location is superb.

My consultation appointment was canceled without notice. I understand the weather is out of your control, but It is unprofessional not to give a courtesy call or an automated message. I feel like this quality of customer service says a lot about the quality of your work- you don't care. I will take my money to another orthodontist in the neighborhood.
